When my best friend had her little baby girl I made her this blanket with my duckling illustration and handsawn her name “Indie” into the corner. She loves it!:)

GREEN PROTEIN ALLIANCE
I was asked by the Green Protein Alliance to design an invite and 11 table cloths to be used at a luncheon they’d organized. The cloths were of sturdy paper and I decorated them with images and texts around the theme of non-animal protein. The meeting as a great success and I’m happy to know the table cloths are still being used during other event by Green Protein Alliance!
WILDERNIS CARGO BIKE
I made this illustration of the Wildernis cargo bike, used by a lot of clients to cycle their big plants home. It was later made into a postcard that was sold in the shop. I drew the picture in black ink, coloring it with watercolor paint and later editing it digitally in Photoshop.
Another collaboration with Wildernis Amsterdam! I designed their new tote bags to carry all your big pots and plants home. It’s made in India from bio cotton and printed in England in a sustainble way. You can get one at the store in Amsterdam for 4,95 (black) or 7,95 (canvas) or for free when you spend 50 or 75 euros on plaaaaants baby :)
WILDERNIS HOLIDAY CALENDAR
As a collaboration I partied up with Wildernis Amsterdam and together we created a pretty birthday calendar with my illustrations. It’s printed on recycled paper (of course) and available in the Wildernis shop in Amsterdam and in the webshop. Happy holidays ya’all!!
BAR JONES SNACK MENU
I was commissioned by Bar Jones, a super cosy bar in the centre of Amsterdam, to design their new bar snacks menu and have it printed and laminated. They turned out lovely, I’m very happy with the illustrations and the lettering. Can’t wait to order one of the delicious (vegetarian) bites and have a beer at Jones’!
Are you interested in commissioning me on graphic design with the use of illustration? All sizes, colours, paper types etc. are possible, just shoot me an e-mail at email@example.com
Back at making baby blankets again! I made this cute blanket for Luca, the son of my best friend, who was born on the 16th of October 2017.
For the first time I used a fabric that had my own illustration printed on it (by Spoonflower). It is a soft and airy cotton; on the bottom I used cotton teddy and the edges are sealed with cotton silk.
By hand I sew Luca’s name on one of the edges, making it a truely special and personalized blanket!
Would you like to order your own blanket or get some information on fabrics and prizes? E-mail me on firstname.lastname@example.org by using the subject: baby blanket
How fun are those little, digital, colorful representations of oneself?!:) Shoot me a message if you want me to design your very own!
The perfect gift for your boyfriend, mother, sister in law or retiring colleague! I paint these enamel mugs, white with dark blue rim, with a personal portrait and name so each one will be totally unique.
The diameter is 8 cm and they can hold 400 ml piping hot coffee or coco with a bit of rum ;) You can order yours in the Studio Stunner Etsy shop, just click here.
A TRIBE CALLED WILD
For the whole foods store A tribe called wild I designed a brand identity and logo that matched their ‘wild nature’ in compliance with a modern healthy lifestyle. At A tribe called wild they only sell natural and organic products without any packaging. In their briefing they asked to reflect the customers as a foraging tribe, bringing their own bags and pots to collect the products from the store.
*this is a test case for an imaginary company.
The NPS14 conference ‘Fundamentally Innovative’ brings together researchers, scientists, students, engineers, entrepreneurs, policy makers, industrial professionals and managers to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, innovations and research results on all aspects of process technology.
I was asked to design the logo, promotional material, website and merchandise for this 3-day conference with over a thousand participants and visitors.
In 2015 I was asked to rebrand NPT; the Dutch Process Technologists Society. The wanted the logo to represent continuity, and connection; with a modern feel. I designed a logo, website and stationary.
WEDDING CHALK BOARD
Ever since I could hold a pencil I’ve been trying out different types of letters and writting. My journal is a clear example of how many different styles of writing I have made my own in the last decade. Recently, with the help of my friend and wedding planner Hilary Molinia, I have done some handlettering for a beautiful summer wedding, celebrating the love of Megan and Cameron, in Melbourne.
